Data we collect
We do not use tracking cookies. Anonymous, aggregate traffic statistics are collected via Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or IP addresses. We use this data only to understand which pages are popular and how the Site can be improved — never to identify individual visitors.
Contact forms & email
If you email us (for careers, press, or general inquiries), we use the information you provide — such as your name, email address, and message — only to respond to your message and, in the case of job applications, to evaluate your application. We do not sell or share your contact details with third parties.
Data retention
We keep emails and job applications for as long as reasonably needed to respond, to consider you for future roles, or as required by law — after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Third-party links
This site links to third-party platforms (Discord, YouTube, Instagram, X, ArtStation, Steam). Once you follow a link to one of these services, their own privacy policy applies — we recommend reviewing it, since we don't control how they handle your data.
International visitors
District Core is a worldwide, remote team. Because we don't use cookies or tracking beyond anonymous, aggregate analytics, and any personal data you send us is limited to what you include in an email, there is no cross-border transfer of personal data beyond your message reaching our team.
Children's privacy
This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you've sent us by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond as promptly as we can.
