The District Core name, logo, "Tides of Aethra" and related titles, and all game art, footage, copy and design on this Site are owned by District Core (or used under licence) and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may reference and link to this Site freely. Editorial use of press-kit assets is covered on our Press Kit page. Any other reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires our prior written permission — contact us first.
Third-party links
This Site links to third-party platforms (Discord, YouTube, Instagram, X, ArtStation, Steam). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability or policies. Once you follow a link away from this Site, that service's own terms apply.
No warranty
The Site, and information about games still in development, is provided "as is". Release dates, features and screenshots may change as development progresses. We make no guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
